Online Test + Group Discussion + Interview

In this recruitment procedure, candidates clearing all these will be considered for the Final merit list.

IBPS PO Selection procedure consist of following steps:
Prelims + Mains + Interview

In IBPS Recruitment, Prelims is qualifying in nature & marks will not be considered for final selection.
Application fee for General category candidates is 600 rs. in IBPS PO exam.

IBPS PO CWE 2016 offers more than 8000 posts to eligible graduate, but if you have a look at the employment notice by Repco there are only 15 posts (approximately).

IBPS PO Probation Period vs REPCO PO Probation Period:


Probation period for REPCO bank PO will be for 24 months for Probationary Officer of active service from the date of his/her joining the Bank.

If you are selected through IBPS PO CWE then your probation period may vary from one to two years depending on bank you joined.


IBPS PO Vs REPCO PO Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria:


Repco bank PO should have knowledge of the official language of the southern region state viz Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam and Kannada.

Indian citizens with knowledge of Hindi or English are eligible to apply for IBPS PO straightway.

5. IBPS PO has comparatively easier recruitment process.
